Brad Mant

Swim Coach

My name is Mr. Mant and I'm pleased to introduce myself to you ahead of the new academic year.

This will be my second year at MTS, having been working in the UAE for over 10 years now. My role at Metropole combines the two passions in my life, food and fitness. Lat year I had the pleasure of working mainly within the Active School and Years 7-9. I also had the opportunity to engage with parents, staff and the wider school community.

This year, alongside our strength and conditioning coach Mr Clarke, we will continue to build upon implementing the High-Performance Institute into day-to-day life at MTS, and harness the power of nutrition to make our athletes in Mustang teams perform at their best.

I will continue to foster our relationships with external companies and work across the whole school to develop our children's understanding of the importance of eating well and making good food choices. I am excited to begin to introduce specific team and individualised meal plans to students to ensure they are fueling their bodies correctly. Good nutrition is essential for physical growth and development, and it provides the necessary energy for children to engage in physical activities and participate actively in learning during their time at Metropole.
